The mission of the Westside Secondary Transition Council is to facilitate a smooth transition into adulthood for all students with disabilities and their families by providing needed resources, services and education to ensure success.
Our partners are made up of schools in central Indiana and agencies that serve people with disabilities at the state and national levels.
